All services are delivered with care, skill, and professionalism.
All estimates and quotes are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time.
Prices may change if additional work, materials, or unforeseen issues arise.
Any extra costs will be discussed and agreed upon with the customer before proceeding.
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may result in additional charges or interest.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
A call-out fee may be charged for cancellations without sufficient notice or failed access to the property.

Manufacturer warranties apply to all supplied parts and appliances.
Guarantees do not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or third-party interference.
Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property at the arranged time.
Obtain any necessary permissions (e.g., landlord, building regulations) before work begins.
Inform us of any known issues with the property that may affect the work.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our control (e.g., extreme weather, supplier delays).
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of income, profit, or property use.
We collect and store only the information necessary to provide our services (e.g., name, address, phone, email).
Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties, except where required by law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
